The Records Search System provides online access to information on property related transaction records for Mercer County. This site gives the public access to the majority of the records available at the County Clerk's Office in Mercer County. Images and index data are uploaded daily. Users can access records archived from August 25, 1997 to the present. The number of viewable documents from prior years will increase as the Mercer County Clerk’s Office progresses with its back file conversion of older documents.
